9月修了生の学位記授与式が日野キャンパスで行なわれ、本研究室のHu Jun君が博士（工学）、Ichsan Indhiarto君が修士（工学）を授与されました。 論文題名はこちら。

ドイツのブレーメンで開催された国際会議「「The 5th International Coference on New Forming Technology (ICNFT2018)」に楊教授が参加し、基調講演を行ないました。

国立オリンピック記念青少年総合センターで開催された「平成30年度塑性加工春季講演会」に楊教授、清水助教、大学院博士前期課程2年のIchsan Indhiarto君、三田賢君、
博士前期課程1年の石丸兼君が参加し論文発表を行ないました。

清水助教が日本学術振興会の二国間交流事業共同研究で、相手国研究機関のベルギー・モンス大学に滞在し、研究活動を行ないました。
2018年4月19日～22日
楊教授が中国・北京で開催された国際会議「International Conference on Lightweight Materials and Manufacture 2018 (ICOLMM2018)」に参加し、基調講演を行ないました。
