The registration fees are as follows:
Early Registration before May 31, 2013
Full registration: 40,000 Japanese Yen
Student registration: 30,000 Japanese Yen
Special fee for students (Listeners): 5,000 Japanese Yen
Extar Banquet & Welcome party ticket :15,000 Japanese Yen
Extar CD proceedings :10,000 Japanese Yen
Additional Paper Fee: 20,000 Japanese Yen (max 2 extra papers)
Additional Page Fee: 10,000 Japanese Yen per page beyond 6 pages (max 2 extra pages)
Except keynotes (no fees)
Late Registration after May 31, 2013
Full registration: 45,000 Japanese Yen
Student registration: 35,000 Japanese Yen
The fees (Full/Student-registration) will cover admission to all conference sessions, the CD proceedings, coffee breaks, the welcome party and the banquet.
At least one of the authors for each paper must register at the full/student rate.
Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program.
The special fee for students (Listeners) will cover admission to
all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and the welcome party
(CD proceedings and Banquet ticket are not included).
If you are a student who is presenter in ICBAKE 2013,
you must make "student registration".
